Signals

• Newly Spotted (live): a company has just been formed.
• Accounts Due (coming soon): a young company's accounts are coming due, or are overdue.
• Moved (coming soon): a company's registered office moved.

Filters

Filter by industry and area. Each alert shows the company name, what it does, its area (to postcode district) and the date it was registered.

To size an area first, the free New Business Index shows how many companies are formed there each week.

Contacting companies

Email to companies needs a clear sender and an opt-out. Sole traders and most partnerships need consent. If you email a named person, data protection law also applies: you need a lawful basis, you must tell them where you got their details, and you must stop if they object.
