Reach a company while it's still setting up, not after it has picked an agency. FreshlySpotted can't tell you who is ready to buy. It tells you who has just turned up.
To see how many new companies your area gets each week, check the free New Business Index.
Company name, what it does, its area (to postcode district) and the date it was registered. Filter by industry and area in the dashboard or the Monday email.
No director names and no personal contact details.
Email to a limited company or LLP is usually fine if you say who you are and give an easy way to opt out. If you write to a named person, data protection law also applies: have a lawful basis, tell them where you got their details, and stop if they object. Sole traders and most partnerships need consent first. A line like this works: "Reply 'stop' and we won't contact you again."
FreshlySpotted shows company facts only, not director names or personal contact details. You decide whether and how to contact a company, and you are responsible for your own marketing following the law. This guide is general information, not legal advice.
